This is a high intensity interval training workout based on the north Indian dance of bhangra which has been adapted for maximum calorie burn.
Over the 10 weeks we will be putting together a routine to uplifting, authentic bhangra music.
The routine can be adapted to enable people of all levels of physical ability and fitness to participate.
