Legs, Bums, Tums
A toning class focusing on the hips, abdominal, buttocks and thighs. Traditional aerobic warm up followed by a variety of exercises designed to shape and tone.
Step & Tone
A high intensity class that involves stepping up and down an adjustable platform using various stepping combinations and dumbbells. With conditioning exercises for full body toning. Excellent fat burner.
Salsacise
An energetic, choreographed dance-aerobic class and hot Latin music! Shape up legs and hips and have fun!
Aerobic Blast
A high energy aerobic workout with a mix of both high and low impact moves. Followed by a variety of muscle strength exercise.
Pilates
Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body. Excellent for improving posture, core strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches coordination and concentration. Helps to reduce lower back pain.
