I teach a fully accessible usually dynamic yoga class catering to all ages and abilities. My favourite words are nourishing, refreshing, rejuvenating and recharging and I deliver that through a structured class offering hints and tips, benefits and cautions, stories and songs.

It’s hard for many of us to consider taking 90 minutes out of our week to refocus on what we actually need to be more functional and happy in our lives “out there”. But over the 42 years of my yoga life I can demonstrate to you how coming “in here” – to yourself – in a deeply nurturing and peaceful environment, you too can remember what it’s all about, find it in you to love yourself well and feel better prepared for the world on your own terms.

With all the external demands pushing for more, going harder, faster, bigger and better, I know from my own experience this can break us and we end up sick. Let’s not do that anymore! We are no good to the world when off balance like that. Let’s come into a safe healing space, each person taking your class at your pace whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, and feel better about everything from the inside out.

This class is all about your yoga, your journey, your way.

Practicing since I was 9 years old on a mat beside my mother, yoga has been stitched into the fabric of my being for as long as I can remember. Teacing in the UK since 2010, I have a busy private, corporate and public class schedule which I love- sharing what I continue to learn in a fun, reverent and accessible atmosphere. Well behaved children are welcome, as are all ages and abilities. I teach retreats both in the UK and overseas, as well as being on the teaching crew for several UK-based yoga festivals.
