Drop in’s Welcome!

Each week we will focus on different elements of Contemporary Dance Technique, moving through various exercises and movement phrases that explore line, space, shape and momentum. We will also incorperate floor work and traveling skills, developing spacial awareness, direction and centering. All of the technique exercises can be altered to suit an individuals bodily needs each week, you’ll never be asked to do something that you don’t feel comfortable with or that will risk an injury. Knee pads are not a requirement, but you are more than welcome to bring them!
