If you are looking for a new way to keep fit & active our adult ballet dance & exercise class will put a spring in your step. Whether you’ve never danced before or want to get back into the swing of it, our classes have something for everyone.

Hatha Flow Yoga with Miranda

Tuesdays, 9:00 – 10:15am (Geoffrey Room) Term time only.

Although my classes are fairly strong and dynamic, I put a strong emphasis on the breath, alignment and safety in all postures and like to explain what effects the postures are having on the body.

Yoga with Lucy Wright

A yoga class aimed to gently strengthen and mobilise your body, whilst firing up your mind with imagery.

A blend of vinyasa flow and Katonah inspired yoga to better sustain us for life - aging, stress - let's get into our bodily house and tidy it up.

No experience necessary.

Lucy is a movement and rewilding guide. All of her teachings are heavily influenced by the natural world, honouring cycles, seasons and rhythms. She connects this Great Nature to our own internal nature of energy, feelings, experiences and thoughts to develop a sense of interconnectedness. Her basis of teaching is Vinyasa Flow Yoga sprinkled with mindfulness, restorative, Katonah, Embodied, Somatics and life. She wants to empower you within your body, spark your imagination and leave you feeling more able and capable.

Qigong for health classes

Wednesdays 6pm-7pm

These weekly classes are for health and well-being. The weekly class are meant to be gentle yet energising and supporting our immune system.

The gentle approach brings us into relationship with ourselves and promotes the expression of the heart.

With gentle movement and energy practices we restore balance in heart, mind and body, helping us to live with more ease and vitality.

We meet for silent meditation, preceded by a short reading and quiet music. We come from a variety of faith backgrounds and welcome everyone of any faith or none.

Term time only

Links Youth Fellowship is an open group for Y7-13 irrespective of religious belief, that meets on Sunday evenings in term time, for fun, games, fellowship and gospel.
