Monmouth Priory was founded in 1070 AD by Benedictine monks, and is one of the most historic buildings in Monmouth. Completely renovated a few years ago, the Priory offers very modern facilities for a variety of gatherings, within the walls of a unique, 900 year old building.

Covid-19 Update

We are sorry to confirm that some public activities at the Priory have been temporarily suspended until further notice as part of the response to the Covid-19 virus and the Priory is now closed.

We will not be able to maintain our usual opening and office hours at the Priory but anyone needing access to the building, to enquire about support or to discuss any other matters should email office@monmouthpriory.net or phone 01600 712034 and leave a message.
